I am extremely grateful for and impressed by the Sri Vidyalaya school. Swami Pranavananda Saraswati has created an adaptation of a pure high level ancient sadhana that is practically doable for sincere devotees and seekers during this modern era available globally.

I have observed that Swamiji’s integrity is impeccable and he is fully dedicated to the school and to supporting the students so that they can succeed. In my humble experience I can say that through following the guidance of Swamiji I have felt the Grace of Devi in my heart, just following the spiritual practice at home, as or more strongly than I have on pilgrimage to some of the top spiritual places in the world.

I find that this is a program that anyone who is sincere can do, even along with their full time job and family obligations. The sadhana will transform us fundamentally in a profound and beautiful way, and helps bring out the light of the divine in all our life and relationships. After searching online I haven’t found anything so pure and accessible as Sri Vidyalay. I am looking forward to the future of the school and being a member. I have been doing sadhana under the guidance of Swamiji for almost two and a half years. From the first time with blessings of the Gurus made me possible to do sadhana every single day, without even a break for a day. I used to call myself a scattered devotee. Sometimes temples, Yoga on other occasions, Meditation on some etc. But after I joined Guruji, I was able to focus my energy towards doing puja, pranayama and Purushcharana in the right way. Having visited many Sri Vidya schools, I can confidently say that Swamiji’s institution is the best. It took about a week or 10 days for Swamiji to reply to my enquiry about joining the class. During the wait, I chanted Lalitha Sahasranama daily and prayed to Devi not to be rejected. Finally, I got in. I can’t help but envy the sadhakas who joined in 2020 and have been in the right place from day one; they are truly lucky.

After being initiated by Swamiji, I had a profound spiritual experience. The first Laghu Ganapathy puja and the following two days of receiving the ‘Nyasa’ vidhi were extraordinary. I had a darshan of Saraswathy in the early morning, followed by a darshan of Dakshinamurthy the next day, which assured me of being accepted by the Guru Parampara.

I am deeply grateful to Swamiji for this. During my 52 Malas of ‘Gayatri Purascharana Upasana’, I was able to perform Harathi to the Golden Paduka of Vishwamitra Rishi, the Gayatri Mantra drishta. I had a beautiful experience where, before falling into deep sleep, I saw a vision of myself performing Harathi to the Golden Paduka. As I was coming to a waking state, I found myself whispering ‘Vishwamitrasya Paduka’, feeling incredibly blessed.

Such experiences are invaluable for helping sadhakas overcome any self-doubt that may arise during their sadhana. Swami Praṇavānanda is a teacher who belongs to the living tradition of Śrī Vidyā and has experienced the path of meditation firsthand.
